Internal WaveCoins Policy

1. Definitions

WaveCoins are digital units made available within the Service solely for participation in entertainment games. They qualify as digital content and have no independent function or value outside the Service environment. WaveCoins are not money or money's worth and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or converted into real-world value. They are provided as a limited-use feature within the Service, are non-transferable, and do not constitute a stored value instrument, electronic money, or any regulated payment instrument.

Users are individuals who access the Website and interact with the Service in accordance with the Terms of Use, including participation in entertainment games and, where applicable, the acquisition or use of WaveCoins. Users are granted a limited, revocable right to use WaveCoins within the Service and do not acquire any ownership or proprietary rights in them.

Website refers to the official online platform through which the Service is made available, including access to entertainment games, related features, and WaveCoins, as described in the Terms of Use. The Website includes all user interfaces, account environments, and technical components required for the operation and use of WaveCoins within the Service.

2. Purpose and Scope

This Policy defines the rules applicable to the purchase, use, expiration, and forfeiture of WaveCoins within the Website. WaveCoins are made available solely for entertainment purposes within a free-to-play gaming environment. Any payments made by Users are solely for the acquisition of digital content and do not represent payment for participation in games, staking, or any form of wagering activity.

This Policy applies exclusively to WaveCoins as digital units and does not govern access to the Website, gameplay functionality, or User behaviour, which remain subject to the Terms of Use. The use of WaveCoins does not involve any element of chance that results in monetary gain or real-world value.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to permit or facilitate gambling, betting, or any form of gaming for money or money's worth within the scope of the UK Gambling Act 2005. No prizes, rewards, or outcomes available within the Service carry monetary value or can be exchanged for money or money's worth.

3. Definition and Legal Nature of WaveCoins

WaveCoins are digital units classified as digital content and are made available to Users strictly for use within the Website. Their sole purpose is to enable interaction with entertainment game features, and they have no independent function or value outside the Website.

WaveCoins do not qualify as money, electronic money, prepaid value, monetary instruments, or any substitute for money. They do not represent or provide any entitlement to money, money's worth, prizes, payouts, or any form of real-world economic value. WaveCoins operate exclusively within a closed-loop environment and cannot be used outside the Service or with any third parties.

WaveCoins do not constitute a prize or reward of value, regardless of how they are obtained or used within the Website. The accumulation or holding of WaveCoins does not create any expectation of profit, return, or increase in value.

Any references to WaveCoins as "coins", "credits", or similar terms are used solely for descriptive purposes and do not imply ownership rights, monetary value, or redeemability. Such terminology must not be interpreted as indicating any financial, investment, or asset-like nature of WaveCoins.

4. Acquisition and User Rights

Users may obtain WaveCoins either through purchase using real money or via in-game mechanisms available within the Website. Where WaveCoins are purchased, such transactions are treated as the purchase of digital content with immediate performance. By completing a purchase, the User acknowledges and agrees that the digital content is delivered without delay.

Upon acquisition, the User is granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use WaveCoins solely within the Website, in accordance with this Policy, the Terms of Use, and the Fair Play Policy. No ownership or proprietary rights in WaveCoins are transferred to the User.

WaveCoins are provided strictly for personal entertainment use. The User is responsible for ensuring that both the acquisition and use of WaveCoins comply with these policies and all applicable laws. Any misuse of WaveCoins or use outside their intended purpose may result in restrictions, suspension, or termination of access to the Service.

5. Use Restrictions and User Obligations

WaveCoins are strictly limited to use within the Website and may only be applied to functionalities and activities expressly provided by the platform. They are non-transferable and must not be sold, assigned, gifted, exchanged or otherwise made accessible to any third party, nor used outside the Website or in connection with any external services or platforms.

Users are prohibited from attempting to redeem, convert or otherwise derive any monetary or real-world value from WaveCoins. Any actions aimed at bypassing technical safeguards, game mechanics or contractual limitations are not permitted.

Where misuse of WaveCoins is identified, including violations of this Policy, the Terms of Use or the Fair Play Policy, or any attempt to exploit or interfere with the proper functioning of the Website, the Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the User's account. In such cases, any remaining WaveCoins may be forfeited without compensation.

6. Expiration and Loss of WaveCoins

All WaveCoins acquired by the User are subject to a fixed validity period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Upon expiration of this period, any unused WaveCoins will be automatically removed from the User's account without any form of compensation. This validity period is fixed and is not extended by account activity, gameplay or any other interaction with the Website.

WaveCoins may also be cancelled and removed in the event of account suspension or termination, as set out in the Terms of Use or the Fair Play Policy. In all such cases, the User is not entitled to any reinstatement, replacement or compensation in respect of expired or forfeited WaveCoins.

7. Payment Finality and Limited Refund Cases

All purchases of WaveCoins are treated as purchases of digital content intended exclusively for use within the Service. WaveCoins are considered delivered once they are credited to the User's account and become available for use within the platform.

By completing a purchase, the User acknowledges and agrees that the provision of digital content begins immediately upon delivery. To the extent permitted under applicable law, the User expressly waives any statutory right to withdraw from or cancel the transaction once WaveCoins have been credited to the account.

Refunds or account adjustments may be considered in limited circumstances, including technical errors, duplicate transactions, or failure to credit WaveCoins as intended. Any request relating to billing issues or transaction disputes must be submitted to the Company without undue delay and include sufficient information to identify the relevant transaction.

WaveCoins cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or converted into money, monetary equivalents, or any form of real-world value. The use of WaveCoins remains strictly limited to the internal functionality of the Service.

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights available to Users under applicable consumer protection laws or card scheme rules.

8. Availability and Changes to WaveCoins Policy

The Company reserves the right to amend, restrict, suspend or discontinue WaveCoins, including their availability, volume or conditions of use, at its sole discretion and at any time. Such changes may be applied globally or on an individual basis.

Any modification, limitation or discontinuation of WaveCoins does not give rise to any right to refund, compensation or replacement.
