You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all actions carried out through your Account. Any activity performed under your Account will be treated as authorised by you unless proven otherwise.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one Account. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not sell, assign, share, or otherwise grant access to your Account to any third party.

7. WaveCoins and Virtual Units

The Service utilises WaveCoins, which are internal virtual units recorded within the platform and used solely to access features and functionality available through the Service. WaveCoins operate within a closed-loop system and have no purpose or applicability outside the Service.

WaveCoins are not money, do not constitute electronic money, and do not represent any form of monetary or economic value. They do not constitute property, do not create ownership or proprietary rights, and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, transferred, or converted into cash, cryptocurrency, goods, services, discounts, or any other item of value.

WaveCoins may be used exclusively within the Service to access platform functionality. Their use does not result in winnings, rewards, or any outcome of value. Any allocation, deduction, or adjustment of WaveCoins is limited strictly to the internal operation of the Service and has no external effect.

Where available, WaveCoins may be obtained through a Purchase of digital content. Such Purchase grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use WaveCoins solely within the Service in accordance with these Terms. WaveCoins are deemed delivered at the moment they are credited to the User's Account.

WaveCoins may not be transferred between Users, gifted, sold, traded, or otherwise made available to third parties. The creation or use of secondary markets, account transfers, or any arrangement intended to assign value to WaveCoins or Accounts is strictly prohibited.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, reset, or remove WaveCoins from any Account where necessary, including in cases of technical issues, suspected misuse, breach of these Terms, or compliance-related requirements. WaveCoins have no value outside the Service and will be forfeited upon suspension or termination of an Account without any obligation to compensate the User.

8. Payments

The Service may provide Users with the option to obtain WaveCoins, which are virtual units used exclusively to access functionality within the Service. Any payment made through the Service relates solely to the acquisition of digital content for use within a closed-loop environment. Payments are not made for the purpose of betting, staking, or wagering, and do not create any entitlement to money, monetary value, or any item of real-world value.

Upon completion of a Purchase, the User is granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to use the acquired WaveCoins within the Service in accordance with these Terms. A Purchase does not transfer ownership of WaveCoins and does not give rise to any right of redemption, withdrawal, exchange, or conversion into cash, cryptocurrency, goods, services, discounts, or any external benefit.

WaveCoins are considered delivered once they are credited to the User's Account. At that point, the digital content is deemed supplied and available for use within the Service.

All payments are processed by independent third-party payment service providers. Any regulatory status applicable to such providers relates solely to their role in processing payments and does not extend to the Service. The Service operates as a non-regulated digital entertainment product and does not provide gambling, financial, or payment services.

The Company does not collect, store, or process full payment card details and does not have access to sensitive payment credentials. Payment information is handled directly by the relevant payment service providers in accordance with their own regulatory and security obligations.

The Company reserves the right to decline, suspend, or cancel any transaction where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, chargeback risk, breach of these Terms, or to comply with applicable law, payment provider requirements, sanctions restrictions, or internal risk and compliance controls.

9. Refund Policy

All Purchases made through the Service relate to digital content, specifically WaveCoins, which are virtual units used exclusively within the platform. WaveCoins are considered delivered once they are credited to the User's Account, at which point the digital content is deemed supplied and available for use.

By completing a Purchase, the User acknowledges and agrees that the provision of digital content begins immediately upon delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the User expressly waives any statutory right to cancel or withdraw from the Purchase once WaveCoins have been credited to the Account.

As a general rule, all Purchases are final and non-refundable. The Company may, at its sole discretion, consider refunds or account adjustments in limited circumstances, including cases involving technical errors, duplicate transactions, or failure to credit WaveCoins as intended.

Any request relating to billing issues, disputed transactions, or potential refunds must be submitted to support@ryeandbutter.com without undue delay and must include sufficient information to allow identification of the relevant transaction. The Company will review such requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within fourteen (14) days.

Eligibility for any refund or adjustment is assessed on a case-by-case basis. In making such an assessment, the Company may consider factors including the nature of the issue, transaction history, prior use of WaveCoins, and whether the request arises from a genuine error. Refunds will generally not be granted where WaveCoins have already been used or where the request is associated with misuse of the Service or attempts to circumvent these Terms.

Repeated or invalid refund requests, as well as chargebacks made without contacting the Company first, may be treated as a violation of these Terms. In such cases, the Company may restrict, suspend, or terminate the User's Account and remove any remaining WaveCoins without compensation.

10. Responsible Use

The Service is provided solely for entertainment purposes and is not intended to be used as gambling or as a way to earn money. The Company aims to support responsible and balanced use of the Service.

The Service does not encourage excessive use and does not require repeated Purchases. Any option to obtain WaveCoins is optional and is provided only to enable access to features within the Service.

Users remain in full control of how they use the Service. You may stop using the Service, avoid making Purchases, or request closure of your Account at any time.

Access to the Service is limited to individuals aged eighteen (18) or older. The Company does not knowingly allow minors to use the Service and takes reasonable steps to prevent underage access.

You must not try to bypass any security measures, access controls, or technical limits set by the Company, or take any action that could create legal, regulatory, financial, or reputational risk for the Company.

The Company may review any activity that appears to break these rules and may take action, including restricting access, suspending or closing Accounts, and removing any remaining WaveCoins without compensation.

12. Suspension and Termination of Accounts

The Company may restrict, suspend, or terminate a User's Account, in whole or in part, if it determines that the User has breached these Terms, used the Service in an improper manner, or engaged in any unlawful or prohibited activity.

The Company may also take such measures where required to comply with applicable laws, regulatory obligations, payment service provider requirements, sanctions regimes, or internal risk and compliance procedures.

Users may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting the Company. Upon any restriction, suspension, or termination, access to the Service will be discontinued, and any remaining WaveCoins will be forfeited without compensation.

Any restriction, suspension, or termination of an Account does not give rise to any right to refund, reimbursement, or compensation, except where such rights are required under applicable law.

The Company is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by actions taken under this section.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the Service, including the Website, software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and all related content, are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
